Welcome to the NYS Association of City and Village Clerks Web site!
The New York State Association of City and Village Clerks (NYSACVC) was founded in 1908. The primary objective in creating the Association was to encourage and stimulate cooperation among the members of the profession for their benefit and welfare.
The Association provides a medium for the exchange of ideas and experiences. It gathers information and publishes educational manuals. It works to enhance the professional service that clerks render to the elected official and the community that they serve.
Nominations are now being accepted for the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee responsibilities and details about the nominating process are available in this document.
