Rockefeller College of Public Affairs & Policy, University of Albany, in cooperation with New York State Town Clerks Association (NYSTCA) and New York State Association of City and Village Clerks (NYSACVC). International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) approved for CMC & MMC certification.
