Procedure for Credit at Fall School

***NOTICE*****

If you are attending Fall Training School, please read the following information carefully. In the past you would sign a sign in sheet located at the back of each class you attended to get education credits. This year due to COVID precautions sign in sheets will not be utilized. YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ATTACHED FORM and email to the RMC Chair to receive credit for attending classes at FTS.  If you attend classes and choose not to complete the form, you will not receive any education credits for FTS 2021. 

Please review the attached form to become familiar with it, a hard copy will be available upon check in at NYCOM and at the NYSACVC & NYSSMFO booths.
